Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional psychotherapy to students at KIPP Journey and KIPP Southwest with identified behavioral health needs.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and provide targeted therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
- Promptly document all patient interactions, including contact and attempted contact, to maintain thorough records.
- Reevaluate and update treatment plans as needed, ensuring that therapy remains aligned with the evolving needs of patients.
- Collaborate with non-physician providers to offer comprehensive psychiatric treatment strategies.
- Employ a wide range of psychotherapeutic modalities, with a focus on addressing childhood disorders effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
- Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
- Bilingual or Spanish-speaking, preferred to better serve our diverse community.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy.
